Shipping & Orders

Order Processing: Orders ship within 72 hours (Mon–Fri). Express orders typically ship within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

Shipping Time: Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. Some carriers may deliver on Saturdays, but not Sundays.

Address Accuracy: Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If we cannot verify your address, we will email you to confirm before shipping, which may delay processing by up to 24 hours. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship for $2.99 or refund the order minus the original shipping cost. If a valid but incorrect address was entered, please contact the shipping carrier to reroute the package.

Order Changes: Orders begin processing quickly after they are placed, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help.
